- Account Information: First name, last name, business email, phone number, and password hash during registration.
- Tenant & CRM Leads Data: Ingested contact logs, lead status history, user profile information, and activity logs. All tenant data is strictly partitioned inside multi-tenant database tables and is accessible only to authorized roles within your organization.
- Integrations Data: Meta Conversions API (CAPI) pixel tokens, GTM Container IDs, and Facebook Login OAuth tokens. We only store these to perform requested background ingestion tasks.
3. How We Use Information
We process information to support your real-estate sales workflows, including:
- Ingesting inquiries from Meta Lead Ads, Google Forms, and local web portals.
- Assigning incoming leads to sales agents via customized assignment methods (such as round-robin).
- Dispatching offline conversion events (e.g., Won, Contacted) back to advertising platforms via Meta CAPI.
- Billing subscription fees and processing invoice transactions securely through Razorpay.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party sub-processors necessary to host the service, verify billing, and send transactional emails:
- Razorpay: Payment checkout operations, signature checking, and subscription token handling.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook): OAuth token synchronization and CAPI payload transmission.
- Email Delivery Services: Node-mailer SMTP/Resend endpoints to send transaction/security notifications.
