User Data Deletion Instructions

According to Meta’s Developer Policy, MrCAPI provides user data deletion instructions so users can request the deletion of their personal information and data associated with the MrCAPI Meta Integration App.

Method 1: Deleting App Access via Facebook Account Settings

If you want to remove MrCAPI's access to your Facebook Business Page or Lead Forms, follow these steps on Facebook:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. In the left sidebar, click on Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
4. Search for MrCAPI in the active list.
5. Click Remove next to the MrCAPI app.
6. Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events published by MrCAPI if prompted, and click Remove to confirm.

Method 2: Requesting Complete CRM & Lead Data Erasure

If you are an organization account administrator or an end-user who wants all stored leads, user profile data, access tokens, and webhook audit logs permanently deleted from MrCAPI’s servers, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or [email protected].
• Use the subject line: Data Erasure Request - [Your Organization / Email].
• Specify the exact account email or Facebook Page ID associated with your MrCAPI workspace.

Once requested, our automated compliance system will purge all linked Facebook OAuth tokens, cached lead submissions, and database records within 48 hours. You will receive an official confirmation receipt upon completion.
